Upcoming Gigs

Saturday night could have been a typical night out, except it was anything but typical.

We arrived at Heathrow at 16.30 all ready to go out. Tonight we were going clubbing in Amsterdam! Might seem a bit crazy flying to a city in another country for a night out, especially as we were on an early flight out the next morning, but it is extremely easy to do! the flight to Amsterdam was shorter than a cab ride to central London!

The gig was Ben Cullum who was headlining a club night at Odeon in the heart of Amsterdam. Ben played a Euphoric house set that took the dance floor on a 3 hour journey into the early hours. The club was rammed wall to wall. The set featured the tune 'Come Feel The Love' recorded by Ben under the pseudonym Sunhatch due to be released in the Spring. Ben's brother Jamie made a surprise appearence and provided some live vocals. Ben played an amazing gig and I have no doubt he will be enormous on the scene.

We got back to the hotel around 5 am with the dreaded thought of having to be up in a little under 3 hours to catch the plane home. What a night. Everyone needs to have a club night in Amsterdam on their 'list of things to do before they die'. So why not take an early lunch, log on to lastminute.com and book a trip?
